Sat Nav comes to the iPhone

Now that the creators of the popular Sat Nav contraption TomTom have recently released a similar thing that actually works with the iPhone has it got any better qualities and is it being released at a cheaper price?

No, is the short answer here. This is coming to the iPhone for around £60 which is not cheap at all. Sure the quirky woman telling you where to go is there but what happens when you get a phone call (hands free of course) when you are trying to listen on where to go. Is the lovely Sat Nav woman simply saying “please stop here while you take the call” as you frantically answer “BUT I’M IN THE MIDDLE OF A MOTORWAY!!!Most inventions have a few problems and this is certainly no different to that.

Another problem with this is that it is no cheaper and in fact more expensive than a Sat Nav that can do a bit more than this application. Is it not just promoting you to look at your mobile phone when you are driving your nice, soon to be wrecked (if you are constantly looking at your phone) Honda orToyota?

It could be no more than all the hype the iPhone seems to recieve? The thing is, many mobile phones have been able to do this for quite a number of years, why is the iPhone so special? It isnt at all. However it could be a nice touch for any owner of the iPhone and it also maps more than the UK which says a lot compared to other full price Sat Navs.

It doesn’t matter what car you have, or even if you are thinking of getting used cars for sale it can work with anything just like a normal Sat Nav.

So if you are thinking about getting a Sat Nav, the iPhone is just another option out there for you.
